The product itself is fine enough. The product arrived in box too big for the item box. No padding in the package whatsoever. I’m talking a HUGE box for the power supply. No idea who messed that up but it also shipped from across the country and took longer than expected. On top of poor packaging. Completely ridiculous. Customer support did nothing as well. I recommend buying from microcenter. Save yourself the frustration and don’t order from Best Buy.
