Worst appliance purchase ever!
What a terrible experience! First, we waited a month for this to arrive for pickup at the store. Within a week of installation the primary burner went bad and it took over a month to have a technician come out for 'repair'. The technician didn't have any parts, so we had to wait another month for the part and the technician to reschedule, only to have the technician not arrive after taking the day off of work to be available from 8am-5pm for their arrival. They reschedule our repair another month out and if they show up and are successful in the repair, we will have been without a working primary burner for 3 months, have only used it for two days. We ordered this in September 2024 and are still do not have a working Stove as of January 2025 with another month before the technician arrives. Best Buy support and Thor support is terrible. Do not buy!

Burners Stopped Working
Less than two years after I bought this, two burners have stopped working. When I contacted Thor for service (in warranty), they said someone would get back to me to schedule a service date, but it's been a month and half and I've heard nothing.
