    Excellent features and quality.

    I was surprised by the quality and the features these drawers offer in comparison to the Dacor drawers we had prior. It's also shocking that the drawers are half the price of almost every other option. The only thing I noticed is that they do have a very small sound to them when running because there is a fan installed in this unit to make sure the heat is filled through out the cavity. This however is a very nice feature so in my case it is worth the trade off and to be honest most people probably wouldn't even notice. I highly recommend considering these drawers for your kitchen.

    Not as good as other Thor products

    To start, Best Buy failed to meet their delivery promise, and the item ended up being delayed by more than 30 days. The warmer itself is decent, but the temperature setting doesn’t exceed 185 degrees. It also feels somewhat chunky and doesn’t sit completely flush with the cabinet when closed.

    This is a great warming drawer. We use it every day. We kept our pizza warm until everyone got home to eat it.
