Stove was delivered earlier than expected. No issues so far except the dials were cheaply made. Feels like coming off each time. Overall it seems like a good product that will lsst. I’ll give a 4.5 for now.

We love our new stove. It was a pleasure dealing with the sales lady when we purchased it. My only problem (if you call it that) is it took so long to get it. But overall we love it.

I question why I waited so long. Absolutely beautiful unit. And the 5th burner is an added plus.

The first stove came all scratched up and they had to replace it. The second stove the just delivered blew sparks at me when I tried to set the clock for the first time and now none of it will turn on at all. ( it’s completely broken/fried) I have never even used anything on the stove/oven!!! This is not looking good for the stove or Best Buy

Great oven so far. Looks great and the timer is cool.

Worst customer service. First they tell you it would be delivered within a week and then it was 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. Customer servive couldn't get delivery dates correct and we never got our stove. They say you will get it but you may have to wait forever to get.
