Interior of over cracked after one use! It also cracked on both sides so I am worried about the craftsmanship of this item. I am scheduled to have it replaced so I hope the next unit holds up better. Otherwise, the cooktop works well and heats very quickly. The oven takes a while to heat to optimal temp (per booklet 10 min per 100 degrees) but works well when temp is reached.

Horrible replaced once new one also not working lights or oven. BestBuy warranty useless paid 5 year they only cover 3 after manufacture warranty expires. I see everyone else having same issue hiring attorney to file class action.

Oven stopped working properly months after purchase. 1 or more of the heating elements don't work anymore. Dealing with Thor has been a nightmare. We waited weeks for them to send a technician out who said that they don't work on Thor ovens. We called Thor back who said that the technician did order the parts necessary. This was 3 months ago, haven't heard anything back from them. Spent thousands of dollars for an oven that hasn't worked properly. Wish Best Buy would step up and help us get this resolved.

Do not purchase. We purchased this range because it was the cheapest option for a 36" range. We have had it for 1.5 years and have had hte knobs replaced 3 times. We are now waiting for an entire front panel to be replaced. They are poorly made and the knobs break every few months.

The Thor electric pro sucks!! It fails in every level. You pay for a premium product that does not even cook an egg. I am so disappointed in this purchase. The oven doesn’t get hot enough to bake Christmas cookies. And Thor service is extremely slow. I will never by a Thor product again.

I recently purchased a top of the line Thor electric range, delivered on June 06, never used the oven, now, I tryed to use it, and it doesn't work. How this expensive brand, has not quality control before sell it. I'm so frustated and insatisfied with this range, my old cheap worked super fine.

Range makes a horrible loud noise when the exhaust fan goes on! All my appliances have been faulty that have been purchased and Best Buy does not HELP their customers...

This is a great stove. I’m actually impressed with how well it cooks. The stovetop is easy to clean and heats up fast. It does not have a clock or timer on it which is the only thing I’ve had to adjust to but I use my phone so it’s fine. It’s so easy to use and I love that there aren’t any extra buttons or fluff that I don’t want or use. It’s 36” and that extra space is so nice. I would definitely buy again.

To be fair, it does heat just takes a long time. It took at least 20 minutes to reach 400. Also, the burners are wrong. On the biggest burner low is high, high is high and medium is low. I’m going to try and exchange/return it but am having trouble finding a replacement. 36” electric isn’t popular for some reason.
Bought a 36 inch Thor oven 2 months ago. The oven fan has already went out. Thor does not have their own service. They rely on outside service to fix their products. It appears there is no servicers in my area to do the repair. It has been two weeks and they still haven't found a company that is willing to do the repair. Geek squad says they can't work on it because it's still under the Thor 2 year warranty.
