Very happy with the functionality of this unit. Teamed up with the Thor hood vent, this setup is very easy on the eyes. So far very happy with cook times and use of this range/oven combo.

It’s a great commercial style stove. It’s got high quality at a fraction of the price of the name brand appliances. Definitely recommend to anybody!!!

Thor doesn’t support their products

[Employee of bestbuy] We have had challenges with this oven since the beginning and now both the ovens went out. I called today to see if they could fix it, but because it is 1 month out of warranty, I was told no. I had read that in other reviews, but ignored the warning. Hopefully, this review will help others to seek out a different brand that supports their products and you won’t spend many thousands on a brand like Thor that doesn’t.

So far the item is great despite it still being in the garage. Delivery service not as advertised. They Wouldn't bring it up 12 steps even with help. It was even disclosed at purchase that we had stairs. They had me measure door ways etc When It got here, Nope. I could either refuse or put in the garage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
