    Best helmet for me on my ebike

    [Employee of bestbuy] I get so many compliments on this helmet. The magnetic led light is awesome. Also being able to secure my helmet with the dedicated hole is great. Must buy mips helmet

    Probably good product, but I'd never know.

    This is a review for BestBuy/UPS customer service. I purchased this helmet as it went on sale, was able to grab the last one. Shipped out fine. Then all of a sudden, I received a notification from USPS that they couldn't deliver the package as the address on the label was incorrect (?), and package would be returned to sender immediately without giving me any time to resolve the issue. I tried reaching out to both BestBuy and UPS to see if they could intercept the package and have it rerouted to a local PO for pick up. Apparently it's neither's policy to do that, even though UPS was the one who fcked up in the handing off, or maybe BB screwed up the address in the first place. So now, I'm without my helmet, have to wait prob 2 weeks to get my money back, and not able to get a replacement shipped out lol. No compensation, nothing. Amazon would've at least given me a $10 credit, js. BB really has the worst CS. I also lost a $200 certificate a few months back. Just vanished from my account without a trace and they wouldn't do anything either. Oh well.

    Love the helmet. No more mushroom head. The chinstrap is different and takes some getting used to..

    Bike helmet

    Product is good. My child thinks it looks great in comparison to traditional bike helmets which makes them more prone to wearing it
