Worked really well ... At first. Lately it's been saying to connect dirty water tank, even when it's connected. I've tried cleaning the sensors and other troubleshooting techniques. Hopefully my geek squad protection can help solve the issue. Otherwise, I was very happy with how simple it was to clean my tile and laminate floors (with just water! I wasn't a fan of the tineco formula because for some reason it irritated my skin, so wear gloves if you're sensitive!). I don't have a lot of space to cover so the battery life works for me, even if I want to use the higher power of go over the room again. My mom has an older model and the edge reach for the s5 is definitely an improvement. The only hassle for me (but it beats the regular mop cleaning) is having to clean it out after every use. But that's me being a brat because of the pricepoint lol. In my dream world, self clean would be good enough and I would never have to empty it lol.

This vacuum does it all! Picks up everything that’s on your floor including dog hair. I have huskies and their hair gets picked up and goes in a catcher that’s in the dirty water compartment. It separates the liquid from the hair so no need to worry about that. Leaves the floor feeling so clean! Love it!

Originally we absolutely loved this cordless vacuum cleaner. We could get through about 2/3 of our 2800 square foot home. The floors were extremely clean. I even used a wet white towel to see if any dirt came on the towel after they were cleaned and nothing but a year later the vacuum no longer works. It no longer sucks up the water or trash. The vacuum component is broken. The only other issue also is when it does self cleaning if you do not wipe inside the container that holds the dirty water and dry it out completely it will continue to tell you it needs to self clean. I am glad that I purchased the geek squad plan. I had read a few reviews that had stated it stopped working but was hoping it was just a flaw with earlier designs. We will be returning to the store and hopefully can get our money back or a credit.

Great product for Quik cleanups and spot mopping. Works well on tile and hardwood floors .

It's almost 2 years since i purchased it. I don't use it every day. It's alot of work to clean it after each use. It's losing suction to suck the water back up.

Purchased warranty with Best Buy. Was told it expires if you don’t renew annually. I’m having issues now.hopefully tineco can help me out.

in all truth, this was an amazing purchase without a doubt, but something to know if you do buy it. It does exactly what the videos and reviews say but if you don’t clean it right away and thoroughly the way it is instructed you will smell mold, no matter how many times you use it as long as you do that this will be reliable and amazing for you and your household
