Game changer for pet messes & hardwood floors!

This Tineco Floor Washer blew me away! I’ve tried two other brands before, but this one outperforms them all. It dispenses just the right amount of water, deep-cleans my floors, gently refreshes rugs, and dries super quickly. Lightweight, powerful, and the battery lasts longer than expected. I never thought I’d love a mop, but this one makes cleaning easy and even enjoyable. Highly recommend for pet owners and busy households!

Love this vac mop so far - lightweight, vacuums well, gets into corners and close to baseboards. I don’t see any smudges on the floor, and there’s no residue after. It has made cleaning my laminate and tile floors so much easier! You do have to be diligent about cleaning parts and emptying everything every time to prevent odor.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for sharing your positive experience with the vac mop! We’re thrilled to hear you love it, especially the lightweight design, powerful vacuuming, and how well it reaches into corners and along baseboards. It’s great that you’re pleased with the results – no smudges or residue – and that it’s made cleaning your laminate and tile floors so much easier. Thank you for choosing our product!
You’re absolutely right to mention the need for diligent cleaning of the parts and emptying to prevent odor. While we’re happy the main function meets your expectations, we appreciate you pointing out this aspect of maintenance. We’ll definitely keep this feedback in mind as we look for ways to improve the user experience and potentially the product design in the future.
Thank you again for your kind words. If any questions come up later, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help! - Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Was this a return?

This item had to be used and returned. There is no way my old vacuum and power mop missed all that dirt and pet hair. Then I ran my fingertips over the floor. No grit! All of my floors are old wood except the bathroom. It is linoleum. I have four dogs. Three have long hair. One has long legs. Three are old. This lightweight mop vacuum is up to the task in my home. The bells and voice are confusing to me, but I'll be 70 next month. I'll figure it out at my pace. Now I can mop every morning both to pick up after the dogs and for exercise. They say mopping is the best exercise. I did the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom this morning. Filled the front bucket. Had power left over. I don't like needing to get on my knees to remove the mop roller. Next time I'll remove both the dirty and the clean water tanks so I can flip it over on the counter. I am not hiding this new toy in the broom closet. No power outlet there. Cleaning out the crud it picked up is not pretty. I'll need to do it after every cleaning. It gets within about an inch of walls so I'll need to scrub there by hand. Overall I'm happy with it.

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience with our product! We're delighted to hear that it effectively tackles dirt and pet hair in your home, leaving your floors grit-free. It's great to know that our lightweight mop vacuum is up to the task, even with four dogs in the house. We appreciate your patience with the bells and voice prompts, and we're glad to hear that you're finding a routine that works for you.
Thank you for your feedback on the mop roller and cleaning process. We'll certainly take this into consideration as we strive to improve our product. Your suggestion about handling the water tanks is valuable, and we're glad you found a workaround that suits your needs. We also appreciate your note about cleaning near walls and will work on enhancing this feature.
Thank you for choosing our product and for not hiding your new "toy" away! Your satisfaction and insights are incredibly important to us. - Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great for a quick cleaning in a dog household

Definitely a great product for cleaning up your space quickly on a weekend, but not ideal for when you need a real mop. Pet cleaning is a breeze though and works great for our two dog household!

Great for deep cleaning hardwood / tile floors
Sjsbama93 Posted
We love our Tineco Pet5 vacuum mop and all the features it has! Like the iLoop Smart Sensor (which detects dirt levels and adjusts suction power and water flow in real time), the LCD Display (which displays a colored ring that turns red when messes are detected and blue once the floor is clean), the Dual-Tank System, the Edge Cleaning (which makes helps getting in tight corners and along baseboards), and the Hands-Free Self-Cleaning (which cleans the brush roller and internal tubing via the charging dock)! The battery life could be a little longer but we get about ~30-40 mins (or longer) depending on how deep we’re cleaning. But not big issue… The water tank capacity is fine (0.7-liter dirty water tank). Again, this is great for hardwood and tile floors ONLY (***NOT FOR CARPET/RUGS***). Wish the price was about ~$200 but it’s worth it if you can get one for ~$300 or so (assuming you have a lot of hard floor surfaces to clean).

Cleans well if you just need it for upkeep. Hair will either get collected in the trap or roll up in front of the roller (pets). It does what I need it to but not as well as some other products I've used for the price. It is still a good product and I decided to keep it so that speaks to its quality as well... maybe I just had higher hopes.

My wife called this a game changer. We “should have bought this years ago.” Loved it so much that our recommendation led my mother in law to buy one the next week. First use did lead to multiple tanks of dirty water but improved after initial use. Best feature is tge self clean process. It keeps roller ready for next time. (Some suds can leak over edge during self cleaning at times before suction kicks in, so be aware of that).

The product is user friendly in that the onboard computer will guide you. The onboard computer can speak numerous languages and clean itself. The only thing missing is steam and this would be perfect. I don't use bleach because it destroys grout and the soap provided does surface clean very well. I have pets so no sure if it cleans unseen germs.

I have hard wood floors and this has made my life so much easier! Sometimes the floor feels a little sticky would be my only reason for not giving it 5 stars. I only use the floor cleaner recommended. I wish it would smell like pine sol or Lysol.

Absolutely a lifesaver! Honestly, I didn’t expect this model to perform so well, especially with newer versions like the S6 and S7 out there. But for my needs, it’s more than enough. It delivers excellent power and efficiency, has a clear LED display, self-cleaning function, and a large water tank — all the features I was looking for. Super impressed!
