It's taken me a little bit to figure it out but I do really like the concept! I have lots of tile and parquet flooring in my apartment so its really nice to be able to wash and vaccuum at the same time. I can't figure out how to get the self cleaning on mine to work, and the handle keeps falling out while I'm trying to use it, but otherwise great! I like that I can use it in my kitchen, bathroom, and hallways. It was satisfying to see the dirty water tank to see there was progress being made on cleaning my floors!

Love this vacuum/mop! With two dogs, I’m constantly battling hair and dirty paw prints, this handles both really well. It vacuums and mops at the same time, leaving the floors actually clean, and the self-cleaning dock makes maintenance super easy. Totally worth it for pet owners.

The unit is simple to use. Does a good job. One thing I don’t like it only lasts 20 minutes. You can’t buy another battery.

This is my favorite floor cleaning machine! After I bought mine, I bought five more for Christmas presents! It vacuums while it mops! Leaves nothing behind! And the self cleaning mode is insane! You will not regret this purchase!

I have two cats and a small dog in which this product has helped with keep up of their hair and the tracts the dog brings in from outside. Also i have nerve issues with my arms and i am able to move this product with ease.

Handle keeps coming off. I have tried to get it to clip and it will not. Also, after using for 1 hour today I put it on charge and now it will not work. I am so disappointed!!! We have had one of these (different model) at work for over a year. It still works great. Don’t buy this model.

It worked all of 10 minutes and it would not work anymore. I called the company and they told me after I send them pics and videos that I need to but a box and send it back, if I do not buy a box Iwill not be refuinded but I cannot buy a box because I do not have box money, they said yhey would reimburse me and I told them I do not have money to b uy a box for them to send me a box, they would not. I advise, do not purchase.

This item works great initially. But I have had it about 4 months and it completely not working at all. Trying to process their 2 year warranty now.
