Customer Ratings & Reviews

Dear ChristinaB,

We are glad to hear that you like the mobility provided by the cordless feature. However, we sincerely apologize that the battery life falls short of your expectations and that the vacuum roller keeps shutting off when cleaning carpets. We understand how frustrating it is when the runtime does not match the advertised 60 minutes and when the machine struggles with carpeted areas. We want to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously and will use it to continuously improve our products and services.

Based on your description, the battery only lasts about 15-20 minutes instead of the advertised 60 minutes, and the roller continuously shuts off when you are vacuuming carpets, making it inefficient for those areas.

For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.

Our machines come with a two-year warranty service. We’d love to assist you further. Please reach out to our customer service at support@tineco.com, via chat on our website, or by phone at 1-855-292-8864 (Mon-Fri: 8 AM - 8 PM CST). Please feel free to continue contacting us with the problems you are experiencing with your machine, and we will definitely work actively to resolve them for you.

Sincerely,
Tineco Customer Service Team

We are thrilled to receive your positive review and would like to express our sincere gratitude for choosing our product. We are glad to hear that you are happy with the strong suction power of the vacuum, which effectively cleans thinner rugs and hard flooring. The green light feature seems to be particularly useful in enhancing visibility while cleaning, and we are delighted that it has made a significant difference for you.

We understand your concern about the noise level and the vacuum’s performance on high pile/shaggy area rugs. We also appreciate your suggestion for a height adjustment feature and a lower suction setting to make the product even better. Rest assured, we are continuously striving to improve our products based on customer feedback, and your insights are invaluable in this process.

We would also like to inform you that the Tineco GO Pet Pro is specifically designed for non-carpeted floors such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors. It may not be as effective on carpeted surfaces. We hope this information helps you make the most out of your vacuum cleaner.

Thank you once again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, and your feedback plays a crucial role in helping us achieve that goal.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
