My daughter loves the movie Titanic, so I decided to buy her the DVD. This drama DVD has a little of everything. It has romance, tragedy, disaster, and history all combined in one movie. It runs about three hours long so it is the perfect movie for her to watch on our road trips. I like that this DVD also comes with a digital download, so that you can register to watch it without having to buy a DVD player. It is a perfect film for most audiences. We never get tired of watching it.

A well put film by James Cameron, with a good story about a grand ship.

Titanic is one of those movies you need in your DVD collection...you just have to! This may be one of the few movies I have seen more than 40 times or more over the last 20 years. It's that good! The simple and beautiful love story is intensified by the historical tragedy. James Cameron, thank you for giving us this treasure. James Horner R.I.P Your genius with the music of Titanic will forever be immortalized.

Not going to go into a review for the actual movie since it is a staple and should get it anytime it’s a good deal..that being said you’re not getting a digital copy (this is paramount Studio movie and as of 11/2019 they don’t do business with movies anywhere or Vudu) so I had to spend an additional 2.17 to covert the disk on Vudu so I could actually watch it. Otherwise the blu ray is packed with bonus features and that alone is pretty cool. But again the digital copy is ONLY VALID FOR ITUNES AND DOES NOT TRANSFER.

I am absolutely amazed at how good the remastering came out. This is a movie I had to own after I lost my original VHS copy in a move many years ago. The one thing I think is important to know if you're buying it with the digital copy, is that it's only redeemable on iTunes.

If anyone did not see this movie then you should, just watch it. One of the best love stories ever on film with the action/drama. No wonder this movie catapulted Dicaprio to the top and is one of the most successful & money making movies made.

I've been a huge fan of this film since it's release in 1997. I've seen it 8 times in theaters, watch every Titanic documentary that comes across on History Channel and other such outlets, have owned the film on VHS, DVD, DVD Deluxe, and now this one. This is epic in the classic sense. While the screenplay is terrible, the acting, costumes, sets, directing, and sound all prove that, indeed, it is possible to make a good film from a bad script. The visuals are exceptional - you'll notice the individual people in some of the wide shots - particularly after the sinking, rather than anonymous blobs they were before, and a lot of tiny details in the clothing and set design that show off the painstaking detail. The lossless soundtrack brings this thing to life, and the 3-D brings depth and scale that 2-D can never hope to reach. Top it off with an entire disc full of special features (including one hour of FULLY PRODUCED deleted scenes. That's right; music, full sound effects, clarity as good as the regular film, and none of those weird numbers at the top of the screen). Most of these are rightfully cut, but there's a brief scene showing the unfortunate end of Cora (the girl Jack dances with at the below-decks party) and her parents, the make the tragedy hit harder (too hard? Cameron thinks so) than ever before, and an alternate ending (along with greater Brock Lovett character development in earlier scenes) the one which involves Rose dropping the Heart of the Ocean overboard, is still flawed, but, in my opinion, better than the original, and you get to see Brock react to seeing her do it. Finally, there's a documentary that goes through everything - from Cameron getting the idea to pre-production, production, release, cultural phenomenon, the Oscar triumph, backlash, and ends with the 3-D conversion to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the sinking. Conclusion: a must have for fans, a should have for everyone else.

This version of the film is great because of the 4 discs as well as all of the special features. I will say that I was disappointed that the digital copy was only available for iTunes.

A great movie, now available in 3D equals a serious must have! I see things on the boat I never payed attention too and such beauty on the ship!! Astonishing..

My purchase of this item is the best, the box is beautiful and comes with a digital copy so I can watch titanic anywhere. The graphics is just epic, I’m very pleased.

Loved this movie! Bought this copy for the digital movie and took on a long road trip. Kept the kids occupied for hours and they loved it. Definitely worth the price.

The Titanic was for real and this story is so heartwarming and you feel yourself in the character that you will be mesmerized. Enjoy and have many tissues handy.

If you grew up in the 90s this a movie you must have. Had wonderful acting and this closed we can be to titanic on what happened that faithful day..

This movie has it all. It has a good love story, amazing special effects, and plenty of action. If you’ve never seen Titanic then what are you waiting for?

Nothing special about the classic movie. We had just visited the titanic museum and watched couple documentaries. Wanted to share this movie with my kids.

This movie will go down in history as the best love story ever told! Celine Dion will never sound the same! Looks great on blu-ray! Poor Leo...

This is one of my favorite movies. I can watch this every day. If you are looking for a great romance movie, I highly recommend this!

I liked the dvd set because it contain 2 dvds and picture quality is great..easy to use..owned the dvd since 9/21/19 ...watched 3 times

Everybody in the house loves to watch it...cool extra features, well worth the watch!!! THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM ON THE DOOR ROSE!!!
