Works ok, doesn’t work when the switch is dangling in the middle of cord, it likes to go off when trying to adjust the brightness or change the light settings. Bad place to put the buttons on the middle of the long and skinny cord. Just a single cord line with this big piece in the middle to operate because the remote doesn’t have a way to adjust any of the settings or brightness, it only is a shutter button for pics. the switch button on the cord connect both sides. Sitting in the mid air, it connects the usb end to the switch which connects it to the light so if they are somehow pulled out even a little bit on either side it gets out of place and won’t work

Oh boy, where do I even begin with the Sunpak Self Storing Ring Light Vlogging Kit? This thing is a game-changer for anyone looking to make their videos look like they were shot by a professional Hollywood cinematographer. I mean, forget about the fact that it's called a "self-storing" ring light, because this thing is anything but self-contained - it's like having the sun in a box! But let's get to the real meat of the matter here - how does it help you make cinematic masterpieces that look like Dances With Wolves? Well, if you've ever seen that movie, you'll know that it's all about the sweeping landscapes, the beautiful lighting, and the emotional performances from the actors. And let me tell you, this ring light is going to make all of those things look even better than they did in the movie! With its soft, even lighting, you'll be able to capture every nuance of your subject's face, making them look like they were carved from marble by Michelangelo himself. And speaking of Michelangelo, you'll also be able to capture every intricate detail of your surroundings, whether you're shooting in a grand cathedral or a dingy alleyway. It's like having the eye of an eagle and the heart of a lion all rolled into one! Now, as for making your acting skills as glorious and majestic as Kevin Costner's...well, I'm afraid I can't make any promises there. But I will say that with the Sunpak Self Storing Ring Light Vlogging Kit by your side, you'll at least look like a million bucks. And hey, maybe if you're lucky, some of that Hollywood magic will rub off on you too! So if you're looking to take your vlogging game to the next level, look no further than the Sunpak Self Storing Ring Light Vlogging Kit. It's the best thing to happen to vlog since...well, since Kevin Costner made Dances With Wolves!

I have been DESPERATELY looking for better lighting options for work video calls and nothing seemed to work. Those horrible lights you attach to your computer kept falling, weren't bright enough, etc. This is the winner! FINALLY! It's super bright, has adjustments for color tones, has an adjustable stand (so it can be propped up on a desk or on the floor next to a desk) and has a super sturdy holder for your phone if you prefer to take calls on your phone. It can also just serve as a nice backlight behind your computer. Really impressed for how cheap this one. I'm not a vlogger, but assume it would work well for that too.

This is the bomb for Zoom presentations. It is adjustable every which way, up/down, color (blue, warm and ?) and intensity (Low to bright). Since I am a newbie I thought it might be too big at first, and it does take up some room behind my desktop monitor, but since I am WFH on the dining room table it is no big deal for me. Comfortable to look into the camera at the top of my monitor. When done, it all folds neatly away into the base. USB powered so no extra outlet needed.

Works great I love the little remote so I can snap pics /videos without having to set a countdown. Lighting is a 10/10. U have to plug it in but if ur on the go u can plug it into a portal charger

It was very good at first. Nice lighting and all. But it broke after only about 2 months . Was very disappointing.

This is very straightforward, I have had a variety of ring lights but this has held up the best. I like that it holds your phone and has a remote for taking videos and photos that sync easily with your phone. I also like that it can fold up for easy clean up as well so it doesn't get in the way. Overall a good value for what you are getting.

Great product that allows flexibility between sitting on a desk or standing on the floor

Before this I was using a regulsr tripod and room lights, But this definitely leveled up my recordings thanks to its included ring light, sturdy phone holder and the smaller footprint of the stand and how easy it is to place it on the floor or on surfaces.

absolute best starter light!! used this light on every setting and it’s awesome every time

this stand did not stand up properly and was wobbly. the weight of the phone would cause the ring camera circle to bend over and face down

It was a great little light. My Pixel 3xl fit into the phone holder perfectly. And it's adjustable.

It's a great product unless you wear glasses. Then the dork factor is unbearable.

This is a decent unit for video chats. I like having the options for the different shades of lighting and different brightness settings. The bracket to hold the phone has a firm grip. Being able to fold it up and slide it into a pouch or a briefcase is a bonus. Takes up as much space as a wall clock of the same size when in storage mode. It does have a few weaknesses. When the light support is extended to its full height, it can be a bit tippy when the phone is added. But that's nothing a little weight in the bottom doesn't fix. An additional weakness is the flexible gooseneck attached to the phone bracket isn't strong enough to hold the phone steady. It has a tendency to droop if the top inside or lower outside position for the gooseneck is used. The lower inside position is the most stable position for using phone on the gooseneck on this unit.

The wire connecting to the little buttons just popped out, it was also extremely hot when I picked up the piece. It was filling its role very well up until it broke. Sad.
