Buyer Beware!

I purchased and received the code, no problem, however when I went to redeem, this was actually the "Premiere Pack 3,300" which is not the same as just 3,300 credits. I could not redeem the code because I had already previously purchased a Premiere Pack, so I wasted $25 and after 3 hours on the phone with Best Buy support they refused to refund me the money even though it's blatant false advertising. Thanks guys.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
