Hi, I recently received my pre-order. Everything is great, but unfortunately the package does not include a music disc, although Best Buy website states that a music disc is included and even has an image of it. And this is not a mistake, it's just that the Best Buy website has incorrect information. How can Best Buy comment on this situation and what solutions are it willing to offer?

I've been looking forward to this remaster in physical form for a long time now. I'm not disappointed in the game itself. So far it is everything I hoped for! But I am disappointed in the contents of the Nintendo Switch Deluxe Edition. Best Buy, Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics promised that the contents included a physical music CD in addition to a soundtrack download voucher. There is no CD. Someone decided to pull a bait and switch. Check the screenshots I've included. The first two are the promises made to customers. The last two photos are what I actually received. I would still recommend this collection. However that is upon the condition that the seller fully informs you of the contents beforehand. Without the CD, this collection should be selling for $39.99 as opposed to $49.99. Suffice it to say that I am not happy with this. How do you guys plan to make this right?

First...love the games...1 star for false advertising. This was advertised to come with a soundtrack CD, but not provided. Only a download code provided. I would have just bought the standard edition if I knew this.

Why would BB ship this box with these 3 amazing games and their collectible boxes without any whatsoever plastic bubble wrap. My items where dancing tango… while on transit. Stop being cheap and greedy BB CEO! Order some pallets of bubble wrap! .-. -.-

Arrived crushed on one whole corner of the box, which also dented the steelbook inside - was shipped in a thin cardboard pouch. You MUST use a box when shipping collectors items like this! Zero stars if I could. Do better guys!

I ordered this game for the Nintendo Switch and sent me the PS5 version. I ordered another one and was gonna return the PS5 version. Got delivered and it was the PS5 version again.

The fact that they cheaper out on the soundtrack CDs really disappointed me and the fact that they did it after I already paid was insulting. The map book is okay, albeit shallow. Nothing very special about this edition. The remasters themselves have issues in both "original mode" and "remastered mode" - you can't always see everything you need to. I prefer the original games on Evercade.

The game is great, the box is decent, the steel case is nice, and the booklet of maps looks pretty good too. But the pictures STILL clearly show a physical CD for the soundtrack, but it's just a digital code to download the soundtrack.

False advertisement! Advertised to include a physical music disc. The right thing would be to send us the disc. The only other problem was no packing and these nice boxes get destroyed in the mail. Great games, just fix these problems. I will be returning any damaged boxes I get especially for collectible items.

While the game included in this collection itself is a great remaster for Nintendo Switch, the product page still listing the deluxe edition as coming with a greatest hits music CD after many have noted there is none. After speaking on the phone to best buy customer service, their rationale was that since the product is primarily a game, they cannot offer partial refunds for missing items. They will offer a full refund with a return only, which feels unacceptable, given that the product listing is as of writing, still falsely advertising the inclusion of a greatest hits CD.

The Tomb Raider trilogy on the PlayStation were some of the first games I ever played. So I had to get this whenever I could afford it. I love how you can switch between the remastered version and the original with a simple button push. Having the digital soundtracks is also nice. I love the steel book and the little art book that came with it as well.

This review is more of Best Buy itself than the game -- it only took 10 days past release day to receive my copy, and luckily I did; I was two days away from having my preorder cancelled by Best Buy due to unavailability, which basically means they just held onto my money for over two months and almost didn't even provide me the product I ordered. Won't be preordering anything from Best Buy again. The game does not include a Greatest Hits CD; which is false advertising that Best Buy still has not corrected in their listing for the game. That being said, for collectors and lovers of this series, I still think the price is worth it overall for the steelbook and art/map book.

I appreciate the previous rating below mine discussing why this is a one. Companies cannot bate and switch us like this. The physical CD should be present but instead we just get a voucher which is not the same. All of what was promised was a big reason i purchased this game in the first place. The quality is there i just wish theyd didnt bate and switch

I'm glad I was able to get the deluxe edition, love the Map Book and Soundtrack. Game plays well on the Switch, too.

This was a christmas present so we have not opened it yet, but based on the features listed it is a good deal. Will come back and add/revise this review once we have opened the box.

The Best Buy App shows both description and Image of a CD including in the Deluxe Bundle. Instead of both CD and Download Code it’s only just the code.
Good collection of the games, still look and play great after all these years! The lack of that soundtrack CD knocked it down a peg.
