Great remaster of a classic series! Tomb raiders 1, 2, and 3 look better than ever and are as fun to play is they where back in the day!

Great item, Saber Interactive did a great job deveoping these games! I love the real classic Lara Croft, and I love when new games get a physical release on PS4! I hope this will happen with Visions of Mana as well!

As someone who has followed Lara Croft through every pixel, polygon, and perilous jump since the very beginning, the Tomb Raider I–III Remastered collection feels like a personal gift from the gaming gods. This isn't just a remaster...it's a heartfelt reunion with my childhood hero. From the moment I stepped into the caves of Peru, I was overcome with emotion. The updated visuals are stunning and they retain that iconic, blocky charm while breathing new life into every crumbling ruin and torch-lit corridor. But the real magic? The option to toggle back to the original graphics with a single button. That feature alone shows how much care went into honoring us veteran fans. The controls have been modernized just enough to smooth out the tank like clunkiness, yet they still demand the precision and patience that made these games legendary. Pulling off that perfect running jump, lining up a tricky grapple, or outsmarting a prowling tiger, it all feels exactly as rewarding as it did back in the '90s. The atmospheric soundtracks and Lara's iconic grunts sent chills down my spine, reminding me why I spent countless late nights with a CRT TV and a wired controller. The added photo mode and extra levels (like the elusive Unfinished Business and Golden Mask) are the cherries on top. This collection doesn't dumb down the challenge, it dares you to remember why you fell in love with exploration, puzzles, and ancient mysteries in the first place. For a longtime fan like me, this isn't just a game, it's a time machine. It's a celebration of Lara's legacy and a reminder of why she became an icon. Whether you're reliving your youth or discovering these classics for the first time, this remastered trilogy is an absolute must own. 10/10

While I gave this game a 3 star I still would recommend it if you want to experience these games on current consoles. The "old school" graphics, while not exactly as the original, they are still quite faithful. And the old school tank controls are as infuriating as your remember them to be. So that's a good thing... Maybe? The new graphics on the other hand are terribly repugnant. Horrible. Infuriatingly so. Especially after seeing the wonderful job Night Dive Studios have done with some of their remasters. Especially something like Shadow Man Remasters, which is the best representation of these kind of remasters. The new 3D controls are, something. On one hand, it makes the game much easier. On the other hand it makes the combat harder and it also omits some of the old school control's moves. Which is odd. Regardless, it is my preferred way to play these games now. It's nowhere near perfect but they get the job done. But do be careful, because like I said, the combat do take a turn for the worst. Regardless, this is a good way to experience these classic games and if you have any curiosity then you should take the plunge.

Overall, it's a great remaster with a lot of content. The fact that Aspyr gave us a physical edition is always a win in my book. This is the 2nd copy I've purchased because we need to show companies we want physical games.
