Tonal Installation

Leave the heavy lifting to us. Our professional installers will deliver your Tonal equipment to the room of your choice, up to the third floor or any level serviced by a functional elevator. They will connect it to your Wi-Fi, connect and pair applicable accessories and show you how everything works. Professional delivery and installation are included and required due to the size and weight of the equipment.

• Before we begin: When we arrive at your home, we’ll discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services you purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don’t, we’ll recommend solutions.
• Delivering to your space: We’ll deliver your new Tonal equipment, up to three floors or to any level serviced by a functional elevator.
• Connecting your new equipment: We’ll mount and assemble your new Tonal equipment and connect your new monitor to a nearby existing power outlet. Acceptable mounting surfaces include drywall/sheetrock, plywood and exposed wooden studs. If applicable, we’ll also assemble the Tonal bench.
• Testing and demonstrating: We’ll assist you in creating a Tonal subscription account and perform a test run of the setup to show you how it works.
• Cleaning up: It’ll be like we were never there. We’ll clean up the work area and remove all tools and supplies.
