In the front where you open the little flap to refill it with water is flimsy and water goes everywhere. It is not big enough, it needs to be much bigger and lock in place to make pouring water into it easier. When I went to put water in it, water poured all over the floor. I had to take the top part off of the water holder just to fill it up.. also, it does not fit well on top of the water bin, and the clips on the sides do not clip fully so right now only one clip is clipped and the others won't even pop into place. The air that comes out of it seems to be cool enough, but not like an AC would be.. it will get you by, but it's not built very well. Another thing is the electrical cord is located on the side of the unit and not the back which makes positioning it hard depending on where you need the unit to be replaced to get air flow.. The remote is a nice addition, though you have to manually position the direction the air comes out.

Love how easy it is to fill from the top of the unit, and the 8.5-gallon capacity is enough to run for hours in my weather. It allows you to cool down in large areas. This will cool down well and make hot weather more pleasant. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my garage and patio area, and it’s been surprisingly useful during hot afternoons. It’s easy to move around, and the large water tank means I’m not constantly refilling it.

Unit reminds me of the swamp cooler we had when we lived in the high desert. We use it outside and works very nicely on the back deck.

Dose keep the room cool but not cool enough. Like it on wheels to move room to room.
