I dropped my phone from my pocket and then saw my camera chipped. This case is not really protecting the whole phone.

While our Ostand Q3 Spin Series case is designed with raised bezels around the camera module to protect against flat-surface impacts and everyday drops, unique drop angles or uneven surfaces can unfortunately still pose a risk to the glass elements.

I’m really sorry to hear that the Ostand Q3 Spin Series case you picked up from Best Buy turned out to be the wrong fit for your phone. To make sure you get the right protection for your device, here’s what I’d suggest:
If you’re still within one month from the date of purchase, you’re welcome to bring the case along with your receipt or proof of purchase to your nearest Best Buy store. Their in-store team should be able to help you exchange it for the correct model that fits your Galaxy phone.
If you run into any trouble or prefer to handle it directly with us, just let me know which Galaxy model you actually have, and I’ll do my best to work out a solution for you.

I’ve been using the TORRAS Ostand Q3 Spin Series Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 6.9" - Black for my Galaxy S26 Ultra and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels premium right out of the box, and the black finish gives the phone a sleek, modern look without adding too much bulk. The rotating stand is honestly the best feature — it’s sturdy, smooth, and incredibly useful for watching videos, video calls, or browsing hands-free in both portrait and landscape mode. The magnetic ring also feels strong and secure. Protection is excellent too. The raised edges help protect both the screen and camera, and the case feels durable while still being comfortable to hold. All the buttons remain clicky and responsive, and the cutouts fit perfectly.

I have the tank by dbrand, but I find this case much more comfortable in the hand. The rotating ring is nice especially for using it as a stand. It has a good amount of protection for the screen. The buttons work nice and the fit and finish is nice as well

This is a slim line case for my Galaxy S26 Ultra. I love the firm rotating kickstand on the back. I trust the raised edges around the face and camera to protect my phone. It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone, but it is still drop safe. (Trust me on that one). It also adds a good grip and it is not slippery.

Its a ok phone . When i transferred everything to my new phone , my phone number wouldnt registered and couldnt get into my google account. I had to turn off my wifi at home because some apps wouldnt work , i only had this phone for 2 weeks , still learning
