I choosed this tv simply by judging the Picture quality in store, how it's presenting movement, edges, color transition. After I unpacked TV at home I was impressed by the nice remote controller (easy to operate in the dark) and even more impressed with the quality of Picture and Sound. Picture and Sound have many adjustments and are really great. I'm very happy with this Toshiba TV.

All the world's a stage & watching the play is the thing. Our previous tvs had lasted almost 20 years before the final curtain call. I knew the day would come for a parting of ways with our old faithful(s) so I began doing my "homework" a few months prior. Our first choice was to go with Insignia but after observing several makes/models in store three things changed my mind. 1. Better volume overall (without adding a soundbar) 2. Picture clarity comparison 3. Price! It was worth a few dollars more for a more desired quality especially since it would be more enjoyable for an elderly parent! The Toshiba tvs are very easy to set up, even for senior citizens! (IF you have old tvs & hook ups please note that you'll need a decent HDMI cable /we purchased the $9.99 one at Best Buy for both new sets/ that goes from your tv to your service provider box. Be sure to disconnect your old co-axial or colored cable thingys. No support service could explain why the screen kept telling me I was "pirating" tv. New to all this more recent technology I was cautious to disconnect all those colors. Go ahead! It's okay the HDMI cable will do the job. Live & learn :) We've purchase 2 Toshibas from Best Buy to date & are considering a third for a bedroom. NOTE: We are still impressed with the Insignia brand for price & good quality overall but this Toshiba had that little extra appeal.

I purchased this 32" Toshiba TV for my bedroom and it was a perfect choice. Picture and sound are really nice. Setup was easy and it is very slim so it doesn't take up much space. I would have liked 3 HDMI ports but other than that, it's been great so far!

This is the second Toshiba TV in our household. The other is a 2006 model 42" LCD which is still going strong. This TV is really lightweight, has a great picture and plenty of inputs. it is also quite thin, so if you are mounting it on the wall it won't stick out all that far. After having it for a couple weeks I'm still impressed with it. It replaced an ooooold Insignia 26" that gave up the ghost after MANY hours of use. I imagine this will last just as long, considering the track record I have had with my bigger Toshiba TV. This is easy to set up and get around in. Haven't used the tuner as this is in my daughter's room and she uses it mainly for either gaming or watching Netflix. She's SUPER happy with it. Would absoLUTEly buy this one again.

Picture quality, sound quality, ease of use, and features are all very, very good for a TV this inexpensive. $129.99 for a 32-inch TV from a leading manufacturer is a great value. The picture is not quite as sharp as 1080p screens, but at 32 inches, the difference between 780p and 1080p is small. The usable viewing angle is very wide, but from the sides, the color is a bit washed out, compared with expensive sets. You don't get any smart TV features, either, but it has two HDMI inputs for streaming and other devices. Great buy, and a pleasure to own!

I bought this tv for my mom who is currently in a nursing home. I wanted something bigger than the 19 inch tv the facility provided but not anything too big or overly complicated to use. This tv was perfect for her needs. My only complaint is that the stand is not very sturdy at all.

Easy set up, great clarity, and good sound, easy remote operation. As soon as we set it up, we setup and connected a DVD player and began watching a few movies. Then switch to over air TV and watched local channel.

I bought this TV to put in my bedroom. Since I am a fellow, I barely get time to watch television, but this was such a bargain, I could not resist. The picture quality is great, and has adequate connections. I do not have cable, but use a Chromecast plugged into the HDMI port, and power from the TV's USB port. The sound lacks deep bass, but has a very nice spatial effect, and sounds like it's coming from all different directions. The remote is pretty powerful, and works in any direction. The HDMI-CEC buttons on the remote control the Chromecast pretty well. Overall, a great buy, and definitely recommended!

The tv is a great size and value for a bedroom. It works well with all of our other electronics and looks great too. It is very light and easy to move as well.

First, it's amazing to consider how much product you get nowadays for the price in electronics and certainly TVs. I've had Toshiba TVs before, and the picture quality has always been excellent. This one is no different; I get a lot of viewing value for the price I paid. It is very clear, plus the whole TV is just so light. I'm aging myself, but I replaced an old "tube" 27" Sony TV that was an absolute monster to handle with this Toshiba, which was like handling a deck of cards. The one downside to the TV, though, is sound. While the light weight is mostly an advantage, it also means that the speakers are not as potent as I would like them to be. But for this price?... I'm not complaining!
