A: Thanks for the question. Yes, this Canvio Basics external hard drive is compatible with Playstation 4. However, you may have to reformat the drive to the FAT 32 file structure in order for it to be compatible with the Playstation 4. If you do have to reformat the drive it will erase the contents from the drive.
Q: Xbox One
A: Yes. My grandson wanted an external drive for his Xbox One and I recommended this one. Took less than 2 minutes to install. The Xbox recognizes it and requires you to format it to use it with the Xbox. It asks you if you want to format it. Say yes. Then you can select if you want your games saved on it. All questions and prompts from Xbox. There are instructions on the Xbox One website about adding an external hard drive. Very easy to do. My grandson has had no issues with it.
