Purchased this for a new TracFone. I was told the Moto 7 phone could be rebranded. It took a total of what seemed 20 hours and a week and a half to get it to work properly. They even canceled this card until I went through about a dozen reps until I found one competent. One time I could here his chickens in his backyard. Truly third world customer service. This system replaces iPhone/T-Mobile as they appear no longer work more than one bar and fail completely in my redlined Miami/Fort Lauderdale due to new tower failures. T-Mobile only works for me when I travel into their wealthy target markets. I now get great reception everywhere for everything including hot spot with this card. It was worth the struggle as I am very satisfied now. Only hope I never require customer service again.

I got the Samsung j3 free with purchase of 50 dollar plan. If you are on a tight budget for now, you can't go wrong with this deal. Samsung phones from this end of spectrum work fine and does all you need!

It's hard to activate it if you don't have total wireless sim card. Don't buy it if you do not want to spend a lot of effort and time on activation. I bought it from the 1st day of my traveling, and now I already go back home, but I still cannot use this. I called total wireless service for three times and Bestbuy customer service more than two times during traveling time. However, they cannot help me activate it and refused my refund application either. I won't buy this product again and won't recommend this. It's a really bad experience. Learn from experience---buy this product after thinking twice if you want.

I use these to pay my daughters phone bill every month they are easy and fast so convenience is the best thing about them. But if you do get the digital card and you dont see the email with the code make sure to check your spam and junk folders cuz thats where i find mine almost every time.
