This toilet does what it says. It works and was easy to install. The only caveat is that you need to adjust your water pressure from the water valve. If your water pressure is too high, the toilet will overflow out due to the velocity. Once adjusted properly it works great. Very clean feeling and a lot less toilet paper used. The remote have some extra adjustments that they are not in the instructions and the water pressure issue is also not mentioned. For the price it's a great toilet. If you want something better you will need to spend over $1500 or more.

Overall the smart toilet is a great product. Why this gets a 1 star is because there is no user guide or manual in the box or online. Features that worked day 1 don’t work now because in pressing buttons to try to figure out how to use a different advertised feature I somehow deactivated other features. I’ve used ai to try to help and because there is no guide online it really hasn’t been helpful either. For the sakes of getting a user manual, I’d have bought a different model from a different manufacturer.
