The TOZO NC20 earbuds are such a pleasant surprise for the price. The sound quality is rich and balanced, and the Hi‑Res certification really shows — music feels fuller, with clear vocals and solid bass that doesn’t overwhelm. The adaptive hybrid ANC does a great job cutting down background noise, whether you’re working, traveling, or just trying to focus. The fit is comfortable for long wear, and the 6‑mic AI call system makes voices sound clearer on calls. I also love the customization options in the TOZO app — the 32‑band EQ gives you so much control over your sound profile. The battery life is excellent, and wireless charging is a convenient bonus. The rose gold color is gorgeous in person — stylish without being flashy. With IPX8 waterproofing and a lightweight design, these earbuds feel durable enough for workouts but polished enough for everyday use. I have way too many sets of earbuds and headphones from several different companies and Tozo is always one of my favorites as they are very reliable, have great features and sound quality. My favorite use for earbuds are when I'm doing noisy things, like mowing, weed whacking, vacuuming, etc. you get the idea. What makes these so great is the Noise Cancellation mode which makes all the background noise disappear. Since they're in ear they also act like ear plugs, which is why also having Transparency Mode comes in, because it allows you to hear what's going on around you without removing them. These also have an EQ mode in the app which lets you customize how the sounds plays in your ear. Want some extra highs or lows, just pick a setting or move the EQ manually. I haven't had a need to test the AI settings so not sure how all that works. I do however have them paired to both of my iPhones and have had no issues answering calls or using audio. The noise cancelling during calls works ok, but works better when using the call settings on your iPhone to reduce background noise. For the price you can't beat these and the features they include!

Great for traveling, noise cancellation is good and they fit really good on my ears.

These ear buds came almost fully charged and have great active noise cancelling. The fit is customizable with multiple rubber tips to try.

I have a handful of TOZO products, they have all been very good. This one does everything it says it does. Battery lasts a long time, noise canceling works well and they sound good. My only minor complaint, not even worth knocking a star off, is if you use only the left earphone the tapping the earbud will still sap it from noise canceling to pass through instead of pausing/playing like their other products do.

I bought these headphones in March and now the right earbud won’t charge therefore rendering them useless. I’ve contacted the seller and they suggested everything I already knew to do but there is no change. The right earbud continues to turn off and not be recognized by the case.
