There was a young store associate that asked if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for she brought me immediately to this brand and asked me what I needed it for. I explained I had a small house with solar panels and everything was connected to a smart TV Google or about my own installation.. fast-forward to actually installing it and the app was pretty straightforward. It took a couple of tries, but overall wasn’t too difficult to get up and running the hard part was remembering all my passwords for my devices. The first day or two the TV was glitchy and we thought about returning it however, after another day or two, it actually worked itself out and now everything works seamlessly.

I am still looking for the on ramp for the information highway so it took me a little longer than it should but after I was able to install it all of my devices immediately began working at peak speed I am extremely happy with my purchase

So far so good. No issues and very easy to set up and maintain. Love the app that comes with this product. Allows me to properly manage all my devices

Stopped working after 30 days. Should have know when the setup kept failing to take it back. Twice a week my WiFi would stop working and I would have to restart the router when I got home. I had a connection from the modem, but not WiFi. It just got worse from there with more failures and support giving me instructions how to install a beta firmware to solve the problem but nothing worked. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m haven’t heard a reply Finally I just bought I new router.

The TP-Link - Archer BE 5000 has worked as promised. The setup was a bit confusing for my skill set, but I contacted Charlene through the TP-Link support channel, and we're running as we should. Charlene was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable with the setup for my many devices. Charlene is the kind of professional that demonstrates excellence in customer service. I'm very satisfied with my experience, and I would recommend the support channel with TP-Link, to anyone exactly not sure of the proper wireless/router setup.

Funnily enough, I actually just used this in bridge mode so it was not really doing any routing for me. Aside from that, TP-Link is a great brand for networking and their Archer series always performs with great value. During the initial setup and for the first hour or so it was acting as the primary router, and during that time the signal was great. Coverage wise, it alone was not enough and that was the reason for the introduction of a mesh system / access points, but even over ~4200 sqft and 2 stories + a basement it did better than expected on its own.

Installed Octobrer 2025. It works good but,I have had consistant Wifi drops 1 -2 times a week and requires reset with a power cycle. I have tried the items in support but it still randomly drops Wifi. I have searche oher fixes and none have worked. Wired is not affected. Wifi speeds are lower than expected.

The internet router works great really fast and easy to set up

Easy to install, this router definitely improved our streaming speed and capability. We had recently switched out our old cable boxed and updated to streaming and Xumo. Our old router wasn't hacking the extra streaming. The TP-Link-Archer BE5000 did the trick and now we can have multiple devices in use at one time with no problem.

This is the best router that I have ever purchased. It’s fast, efficient, and provides me with all of the information and data that I need. I would suggest to anyone that is reading this, purchase one.

Upgraded to this for the Wi-Fi 7 features, and it has been fantastic. For the price, getting dual 2.5G multi-gig ports is a huge plus. My connection is super stable, and downloading large files is noticeably quicker

Works as advertised after installation Set-up was easy and range works well throughout a two story house. Installed in basement and also covers upstairs of house and even some outside to yard when working on the garden. Noticeable upgrade from previous router in both speed and range.

This gateway (i.e. Router) is a mighty little beast. The range for all wireless devices is fantastic. It reaches in, around and through everywhere I need it too!!!
