Q: Is this router compatible with a Ring Doorbell?
A: Just tried to connect to Ring Door Bell Gen 1 and it won't work with AX3000. It worked for a short moment then nothing. Checked the AX3000 DHCP and the Doorbell would not show up its MAC address in list. Gave up after an two hours of trying.
Q: Can I connect this router with any modem and is it compatible with the optimum server
A: I use my old modem the Motorola and it works fine from my understanding you can connect it with any modem

A: DOCSIS is a cable modem standard. This is a WiFi router, not a cable modem; however, it can be used in conjunction with a separate DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem to provide your home with reliable, AX3000 WiFi 6 connectivity.
Q: My house is about 1800sf. Will this router cover that sufficiently?
A: It should be able to. However, please always bear in mind that in order to ensure the best possible signal, it is important to make sure placement is as optimal as possible.
