I was having trouble with getting good signal on a PC that's 1 floor up from our access point. This card was definitely an improvement on signal strength. The only downside was that TP Link doesn't have a Windows 10 driver yet and with the default Microsoft driver, the card would lose signal every 15 minutes or so. Installing the Qualcomm driver worked fine, though it took some googling to find it.

I wanted to get a faster wireless card and the reviews on this card looked good. The first problem I had during installation is that the install software said that the adapter was not found. Googling showed that others had problems too. I had to make a change in my BIOS settings so the software could find the hardware. Then the driver that was included on the included CD was dated from 2006. There is no driver specifically for Windows 10 but I did find one online for Windows 8 and that runs in 10 just fine. Pleased with the performance improvement.

I bought this after my N600 USB stick died. It was easy to install and so far works great through three walls and about 75 feet from my gateway.

I haven't had the best experience with external wireless products. This was an easy install into the computer and I didn't have to load any third party software for it to pick up signal. Picks up wifi the through multiple walls that Xbox one has problems reading sometimes.

I thought I was going to get a dud. Reading from the reviews of previous people, I was praying that my card works as I didn't want to go through an exhange process. Thankfully I had a good card that works flawlessly at home. Have it on 5 ghz and it does an amazing performance! I also appreciate them adding a small form factor card bracket to go into my desktop as it came with a traditional bracket.

easy to install with a very strong signal. Just be careful as the antennae can get damaged as you move your desktop around

My home system was having trouble seeing all compurers. I opted to put this into my main computer to fix the problem. It was a very easy install and has been working great since. It has done exactly what I want it to do when I purchased it

Installed the card into the proper slot in the computer in a few seconds, hit the power button and, by the time the computer was done booting up, i was immediately seeing a list of detected wifi networks, just like a laptop will show when asked, and with ours at the top of the list. I set up the security stuff, and was online in one minute, and with very good signal strength (3 of 4 bars, and the wifi router is in the main house 50-feet away, through walls and a spruce tree)

I set this up in fall 2016 in a Dell Vostro desktop running Windows 10 that had a flaky wireless NIC from another manufacturer but the wired ethernet connection worked fine. Powered it off, opened up the case, swapped cards, put it back together, started it up, inserted the driver disk, installed the driver and TP-Link utility (which is very nice, BTW), and was online in minutes talking with a Linksys E-series gigabit wireless router on the 5-GHz band. No complaints here. As always, make sure you mind static electricity when you install these. When you first pull it out of the protective bag, always have one hand on the computer case's bare metal and the FIRST thing you touch on the NIC should be the big metal end plate, NOT the circuit board or any of the components. Lick your fingers before you do any of this to enhance conductivity, and then any errant static electricity will be eliminated between you, the case, and the NIC, and you'll protect the circuitry.

I was looking for a permanent solution and not a USB one, and this turned out to be great! It worked with my windows 10 desktop and I didn't even need drivers. I have to say worth the money spent, I prayed I wouldn't get a lemon like some of the other reviews, and am glad to say that my card works great! Definitely worth the purchase.

I needed to make my PC wireless because it sits in the 1st floor where there isn't any internet connection. Found this one at best buy and it did the job. It was easy to install and worked right away once the Wi-Fi key is added.

Connected with no problems to the Linksys router I own. I was able to select the 2 speeds the router transmits and has performed great.
