Had a minor problem in receiving card, my Chrome browser blocked the link to the card. After I switched browsers (Edge) the link appeared and I was able to extend my service for another year. Thanks Best Buy for an otherwise good transaction.

For many years we had been purchasing tracfone cards thru tracfone. Always a hassle, never loaded right, and ended up talking to an associate that was almost impossible to understand. Going thru Best Buy was a breeze. Card was ordered. Received an e-mail that informed us how to proceed and like magic it was loaded on our phone and we are covered for a year. Great experience.

Tracfone is the premier cell phone plan in the country. I know of no other company which provides as much value. I use Wi-Fi a lot so my data just keeps rolling over.

Tracfone had an issue when added

Have purchased before from Best Buy, the issue wasn't on their end. When added to my phone it did not give me the 365 days or the 12gb. It added 10 months instead of 12 months. First issue I've had with Tracfone. Trying to work it out with them.
