Love the fact that its one payment for a whole year. Have had no issues with the service. Hot spot works great, internet speed is great and the texting has had no issues with texts, images or video. I stream 90 minites a day 5 days a week of video and about 2 to 3 hours of music all week and over 6 months still have half of the 120 GB remaining. I will be purchasing again. At this price its a great deal. Only drawback is the tech support. It's not the best but overall is okay.
