This card is very convenient in terms of quick activation. It was also possible to get points for activation. But lately, VERIZON's purchase company and conditions have gotten worse. Many mistakes in the company and problems. I put five because it is very convenient to buy a card. Further interactions with the company are certainly not so encouraging. But so far everything suits.

Only difficulty I had was downloading the 1 year card to my email. Really took a longmy time. Suspect since I only do thisi once a year my password might have changed, so had to come up with a new password. The 1 year plan I obtained years ago doubles my minutes but had to contact Tracfone to obtain the doubled minutes. This took several calls to them. All and all am pleased to have the time on my phone.

I am so glad they have these cards at BB otherwise I would have to go to a brick and mortar store and it is very easy to activate, just be patient, everything will come through. Just make sure it transfers to your phone, I have not had it take over 25-30 mins for the completed transaction

Read it carefully! This is a GREAT deal for low budget needs! Hope Tracfone doesn't get creative like other companies & discontinue this product, etc. Seriously! I originally was buying this (after number of instances needing to track one down). Enjoyed picking up option at Best Buy store too (physical card version & worth it when urgently needed). This is now a "digital" download version so no need to track it down or go to the store location now! Do the math next for reasons to buy, but the back story is this is not (last time I checked) available at Tracfone's store page (other note below). Do the Math: Check carefully, it's "90 Day Plan"! (Many are not.) Don't let "60 Minutes" fool you to run to another deal w/more minutes when you mainly want to maintain the service over at least approx. 3 months - a rare at the price! Meaning if you don't talk a lot, TEXT here & there but not like a teenager, your main benefit is keeping the phone number in service 90 Days & at very low cost! Please don't discontinue this Tracfone! Oh, + unused minutes/TEXTs etc. "carry-over" to your next set of 90 Days that you buy another one of these! Notes (through my experience): If firstly activating service w/a Tracfone, you likely will need to purchase another deal such as for "SMART Phones", & may be a 60 Minutes yet for 60 Days at minimum. Later you can top up w/these! (Likely why it's not listed online at Tracfone's store for setting up service, etc.) You also might find these rares in a local grocery store for physical card, again, read it carefully & ensure it's "90 Day Plan" if that's what you want.

Got this 1 year plan at a very reasonable price. Got it for my elderly father who may use only 100 minutes over the 1 year. The monthly or even 90 day plan cards were just too expensive for his small needs, by a large margin. This average of $8.50 per month is perfect for him. This is the best deal out there for those with smaller phone needs than your average person. Included a free flip phone which is perfect for him. Set up was a little awkward at times, but I figured it out with the help of Tracfone's website. Phone gets a strong signal.

I’ve been using Tracfone for a while now, and overall it’s been a very good experience. The biggest advantages are affordability and flexibility—you only pay for what you need, and there are plenty of plans that fit different usage levels. The coverage has been reliable for me, since Tracfone uses major carrier networks, and I rarely run into dead zones. The phone options are decent, and it’s also easy to bring your own device if you prefer. The online account system makes it simple to track balances, add airtime, and manage plans. That said, customer service can sometimes be a little slow, especially if you need technical support or help transferring numbers. It usually works out, but it requires some patience. If you’re looking for an affordable, no-contract mobile option with solid coverage, Tracfone is definitely worth considering.
