This smart phone looks pretty nice.Its performance is amazing.

I have been a Tracfone customer for many years. I was surprised to find this phone with the latest version of Android at such a low price. All in all it is a good value. However, I have encountered a couple of issues. First of all, the volume on phone calls was too low (even when turned up all the way). I fixed this by downloading a volume booster app. The quality of calls is now excellent. I have been unable to find a solution to another problem. For some reason most app notifications do not work unless I have the app open on the phone. (E mails, texts, appointments, and missed calls all send notifications just fine). Unfortunately tracfone customer service has very little interest in helping me solve this issue. So I do recommend the phone but caution prospective buyers about the issues I have experienced.

My last TracFone is about 5 years old and took 10 minutes to boot up. The apps on it didn't work very well either. So I finally broke down and bought this same model for myself and the wife. I am really impressed with the functionality of this phone! 2 years ago I had an iphone 5 at work and this to me is an equal or better to that. So I'm very pleased with it and the only critique I have for it is that it is very easy to hit the on button by mistake so need to be mindful of that.

First off, I'm over 50 and have been reluctant to get a smart phone, because I don't know why I would need all the functions when I already have a Kindle and I just didn't want to pay the high price I've heard people are paying for them and the plans and then have the need to upgrade them every year or so (My son paid over $700 for his phone!) I paid $29 for this phone and have over 5000 minutes built up from when I had an Obama phone, so I'm set for the calls and text I need to make and I will pay about$20 every 3 months for my service with Tracphone. I'm still learning all the gee-gaws, but it seems this phone is just as good as my son's phone, his camera is better and he probably has some perks I don't need, but that's ok. I'm happy with it! And really happy with the price, I'll use that $700 for something else I'll really enjoy, like a vacation. I AM really enjoying having a flashlight on the phone, it has come in handy several times already.

This is a good basic tracfone that is compatible with both AT&T and Verizon network. I was able to switch to this phone from the LG Sunrise, in comparison this phone is awesome. It runs android 8 which is nice. Good enough camera and a SD card.

I love the camera and the size of the phone 16gigs of memory is nice.One of the latest operating systems is a plus.

This is my first smartphone--I fought it tooth and nail, but finally gave in. I've been a TracFone customer for several years on my old stupidphone, and transferring was relatively easy. I am relieved at the ease of use, and delighted that the new phone is actually cheaper to use, given that I have a wifi network in my home. It comes well-loaded with apps, and it's very simple to get any new ones that I want. (My 14-year old had to show me how do delete the ones I don't want).

Only had this phone for about a month, and so far so good. It has a decent amount of memory for apps. I like that it has a notification light also for messages.

This phone was meant for a temporary use as my galaxy phone broke, but this phone is so far so good considering the amount i paid. more than i expected from a low budget phone

This phone looks more like it would cost a few hundred not 29.99! It's fast and I was able to find some nice cases for it as well. Only drawback is it doesn't allow a micro sd card to be formatted as internal storage. So you can only use the memory card for media or files. No apps. That Is the only drawback. It feels a lot like a new iPhone! Thanks Best Buy!

This is a good solid basic smartphone. No fancy bells or whistles, but has a current version of android and will do most of what the average person uses a smart phone for. Good connectivity and an affordable service price for a pay as you go phone.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. The calls are clear, takes good pictures, screen size is adequate, it does all the normal things a smartphone does. So far everything is great!

My daughter wanted a phone for her 12th birthday. This is a great product for her because I don't have to worry about data overages and it was easy for me to set up. It was very reasonably priced so it would be okay if she lost or broke it.

It’s been good so far. Easy to set up and use. I wish it was a little louder.

Was so easy for my elderly mom to use. She popped out of the box and started rolling. It's set up much like a kindle..

I purchased this phone for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. Easy to use, great features. Easy to access her applications. She is very satisfied with her phone.

This phone was very easy to set up and use. The major perk is the memory. I finally have space to add apps! I am pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I like it because it works really well and the cost is really low. Compared with my friends very expensive phones mine work just as well and does the same things.

Not a "flagship" phone by any means but works great. Bought this to give to a family member that had an older flip phone. Screen looks good and is very clear and bright. Calls sound good even when on speaker. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the amount of on board memory. Overall a good phone for your Tracphone account
