I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this movie when it first came out and viewed it through fresh eyes in today’s world. Many of its messages can be applied today to corporate greed and rich privilege when dealing with every day people. It is done in a very humorous way as only Eddie Murphy and Dan Akroyd can. Everyone likes to see the little guy win and the immoral rich get their comeuppance.

This is the quintessential '80s flick. Infinitely quotable ("pork bellies, hmm?" "there you go - one crisp dollar," "Meddy New Year!", etc.), gratuitous nudity (haha), and a well put-together comedy in only the way that the '80s could produce well put-together comedies. This is perhaps my favorite Eddie Murphy flick, and definitely my favorite Dan Aykroyd flick.

OMG! THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE!. IT SHOWS YOU WHAT MONEY CAN DO TO PEOPLE. IT IS AN OLDER MOVIE, I HAD SEEN IT BACK IN THE DAY WHEN IT WAS A VHS.

Some movies are meant to stay original and this is one of those movies...I can never get tired of watching this movie...
