Loved this grill! Was a Fathers Day present and my husband loved it!

A little more on the expensive side without all the bells and whistles of some of the Blackstones, but Flatrock is a really well made, functional outdoor griddle. I got it right before hosting 50 people for breakfast. The amount of bacon, sausage, eggs, and pancakes I was able to make on this thing was a game changer. Wouldn’t have been able to host breakfast without it. The seasoning adds to the flavor of whatever you cook on it, that you just can’t replicate in a pan. I’ve made stir fry, cheese steaks, and several other meals now and the flavor is fantastic. It is super easy to clean. You just spray a little water on it, scrape it, wipe down with a paper towel, and wipe some canola oil on it, and it will be ready to go for the next time.

I’ve never had an outdoor griddle before but I decided that if I’m gonna go, go big. Assembly took us about an hour, and included instructions could definitely have been better, it did have a QR code that said it would link you to a video but my son and I decided to just struggle with the included instructions. After assembly, initial seasoning took almost another hour. BUT the burgers and grilled onions we made after, were so phenomenal that it was definitely worth it. After only one cook, I really like the way this looks and cooks. My infrared heat gun showed that the middle burner got significantly hotter than the outer burners, but after closing the lid for a few minutes it evened out and ended up being way too hot. Build quality seems solid. It feels and looks really well made, I’ve never had, used or been around a Blackstone or other brand griddle so I can’t compare to those. Controls are large and easy to adjust, ignition was easy and quick. Indicator lights are a cool feature. Fuel gauge accuracy is tbd if it’s accurate but it’s really nice to have. The collapsing shelves are nice, and feel sturdy. It’s nice that they fold down because if you don’t have a lot of space you can either raise just one or none. Cleanup was easy and the grease trap located up front is really nice. Price… welp, it’s expensive! I got it on sale but it was still nearly double the price of an equivalent sized blackstone. Even then, I’d highly recommend this if it’s in your budget.

I read reviews and watched YouTube videos for over 6 months before buying this griddle. I wanted something that would cook evenly and be forgiving for a new user like myself. I could not be happier with my purchase. It cook super even, has a massive grease catch that hardly needs changing and very useful side tables that fold out of the way when not in use. The cooking control have a slight resistance that gives them a quality feel and easy to make small micro adjustments for temperature control. The surface of the griddle is very easy to clean and condition, which make this a great choice for experts or beginners like me. Would buy and highly recommend to anyone.

Great product. Top of it's class in this price range. Arrived with minor shipping damage. Traeger sent out replacement parts promptly.

sturdy and solid, easy assembly, straight forward instructions, folding side shelves are great, propane tank gauge is very helpful, been doing most of our cooking outdoors since purchasing. So far no complaints

I just picked this griddle last week and its fantastic. It seasoned perfectly and evenly, abd both meals i’ve cooked on it have come out perfectly. Food doesnt stick to the surface, the three different temperature zones is a real game changer compared against other griddles on the market. I couldn’t be happier.
