Personally I like stronger heating but otherwise great. Love that it is portable and comes with a battery pack. Recommend

I thought I’d brought something which would alleviate the discomfort of aches and pain. Until I attempted to recharge it which didn’t work as instructions stated it would. I wasn’t able to recharge it via usb and didn’t have an adapter to recharge the power pack.

I've been looking for an item that I can use walking around in my apartment and for travel or if I have to go in the hospital I can take it with me in my bag. This is great.

This should be made with adjustable straps, made more so for a small frame person. Yes I returned it
