4K looks phenomenal but not all items upgraded to 4K look better. Newer special effect movies really bring 4K items to a new level of clarity. Some older movies like Ghostbusters looked worse then Blu-ray. Many Blu-ray’s upscaled on a good 4K player will look like new on your 4K movies. These transformer robots look realistic at a new level on these 4K discs and their digital copies make this set a must have upgrade even if you have them all on Blu-ray.

Was very excited to be able to purchase all of these movies in 1 sleeve collectipn for the Transformers movies ! And to be able to get them on 4K at such a great price,makes adding this to my collectipn even better !!! Hours of fun in this collection set !!!

Well, what can i say, it's a privilege to got this 5 movies set, of transformers, looks amazing on a 4K, plus have special features on Blu-ray,for each movie, the sound is outstanding, I don't have a Atmos sound round, but the 5.1 sounds incredible.. plus i got this on special.. thanks Best buy..

Let's face it. The Michael Bay Transformers movies aren't that great. However, i like them for the great effects and the action. All five films look great in 4K HDR!

Say what you will, but these are entertaining at the very least. I enjoy them and these look absolutely fantastic on 4K! Hours and hours of pure popcorn theater right here.

Movies looked great and the digital codes and special features discs were also a nice inclusion.

The first 2 films are good didn't really care for the others.

First off, I'm no film critic. That being said, this review is for the PRODUCT, not the actual films. If you're considering this for purchase, chances are you've seen the movies already and are looking to own a great copy for your home video collection. That's the category I fall into. I had been looking for these in the 4K format for a while, but at $25 or so each, I was hesitant to pull the trigger. Then I stumbled across this set. I caught it on sale for around $57 and had Rewards to redeem as well. I'm very glad I did. Picture and audio quality is simply outstanding! The more recent films are coded in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, so if your system is capable, you're in for a treat! I read some reviews where folks were having issues with the digital copy codes not working, or only a couple of codes not working. All 5 codes worked for me, so I'm not sure why some had issues. So, 5 starts from me. If you want the best picture and sound you can get, this is the set for you. Autobots! Roll Out!!

The BEST 4K Collection on THE MARKET I watched the 5 Movies on my Samsung QN90B I purchased from BESTBUY it LOOKS AWESOME.

While I know that some people may not share my opinion about the franchise, I personally have always liked/found enjoyment in all of the Transformers movies so far, especially when it comes to the very first film and the third entry in the series (Dark of the Moon). Michael Bay knows how to direct action and the audio/visual components of his films are top notch on a technical level. These films looked great on blu ray and it is no surprise that they look even better on 4K. A lot of these transfers are reference quality and great demo material for what 4K displays can achieve. This collection contains all five films in 4K only (no 1080p standard blu ray discs) and the special features discs that accompany each film. Overall, if you like the movies and have a 4K display, this collection is worth the money, especially at the time of this review when it is currently on sale for a good price.

The Transformers movies have always been guilty pleasures for me and this set delivers! A stunning 4K transfer let’s me notice little things I’ve never seen before and I can really appreciate all the hard work put in by the CGI artists. Even the visual work in the first movie released 12 years ago is still amazing! Top it off with window shattering audio and you have a great set for the fans!

First off I'm a transformers fan from the beginning. Your mileage will vary with these movies. If you go in expecting oscar winning performances you will be left sour. But, if you go in with the mind set of being entertained you wont be too disappointed. 4k HDR is the way to see these movies with all their special effects.

The first few were great movies then it kind of fell off, and with Shia expressing his hatred for certain politics (I hate when actors think we care) I had a bit of hesitation to grab this but heck then I wouldn't buy any movies as most of hollyweird is corrupt and sleezeballs. Now onto the set, these look great and Im excited to watch the new Bumblebee coming out, this set fits snug in a SCF4 protector case and will look great on the shelf. Great Franchise here so buy it if your a fan! dont forget Bumblebee is on its way and Best Buy has a nice steel of that on pre-order right now! Grab it While you can!

These movies were so awesome to watch on my sony 4k tv. I would highly recommend buying this bundle if you are a huge fan of the Transformer movies like I am. I could instantly tell the difference of the quality of movies from when I watched them when they first came out in the movie theatres.

I bought these for a super low price after finding out Best Buy price matches Amazon. They price matched Amazon at $50 dollars. I also had rewards dollars so I got these bad boys for $33 dollars total! They look absolutely amazing. I will say that the first Transformers movie had more grain than what I'd like but my tv is a Sony 900E. I'm going to upgrade to a set with Dolby Vision to get the most out of these movies. Highly recommend them if you can find them on sale.

If you are a fan of the franchise you will want the 4K version. The transfer to 4K is OK and looks better than Blue-Ray, but with older movie transfers it not as good as newer movies. I'm not sure the Dolby Vision helps that much, but the Dolby Atmos is better sound with all the action. Warning: I found that ALL 5 4K disk will freeze around the 1 hr 40-50 min time mark. After researching this I did find how to resolve this. This phenomenon occurs with a lot of triple layer 100GB disks encoded with Dolby Vision when it gets to the 3rd layer, usually around 1:40. There is an invisible oily film coating during manufacture that causes this issue with only Dolby Vision encoded disk. The same triple layer 4K disk in HDR10 does not do this. It is believed that a firmware update from player manufactures is the solution, but research I found suggest this will not happen anytime soon, if at all. The Solution: Wash the disk (both sides) with Dawn dish soap then dry with a CLEAN microfiber towel (don't want any lint snagged on the disk), then buff with a CLEAN lens cloth. This will remove the oily film. It works, at least for me. All 5 movies now play without freezing on the same player.
