Have used Trend Micro - Maximum Security for years. It catches all the viruses, worms, etc. You can cover 5 Devices, computers, phones, Lap Tops, and other types of media. This is the best Security System that I have ever used. Buy it for you different Media needs, keep your computers, phones, pads, and lap tops safe.

The downside is thhe 11" screen We wanted the 14" but the sale expired, so we wound up the 11.6" .. as it turns out the wife likes the size. I bought it through the Geek Sq website, since I had been dealing with them on another issue ... b ut they don't know what includec. Office 365 was includec but they did not know this and I bought a subscription to Officed 365. Now I cannot reuturn it .. I am out $50.

I have use Trend Micro for years & have never had any issues. I would recommend this product.

great value if you buy it on sale, does exactly what its supposed to do. the only software that is rabid about protecting your bank info... so much so that some people are annoyed about it... but the pay guard is second to none about keeping your bank info safe online. slightly annoying towards the end of a subscription year about the popups reminding you to renew

Bought this to replace the bundled Trend product that came with my new laptop last summer. Other than needing some assistance to get the correct link to download the software from Best Buy, everything worked great! The software gives good protection and was on a good sale to make it a great value!

I really am happy with our trend macro internet security software. It has worked very well on all our devices. Has nice password protection feature which i really like.

The security software seems to do it's job well, I just wish when there's nothing wrong that it would do it's job in the background. I went and changed the setting to where it's supposed to only alert me when something is wrong but I still get a pop up every time it performs a scan and again when it finishes. This happens daily. Kind of annoying when trying to get a lot of work done.

I'm very delighted with the Internet Security; it's a product that I can trust to protect my devices. It's a product I've been using for 5+. I recommend this product to anyone. And I love the price of it. It's very affordable

I have been using this product in the past and I needed to renew and this was the best way to get protection on several computers.

I have no problem with using the software, but it took me almost one month and over a dozen calls and online chattings to get the download link. For some unknown reason, the link in my digital library for this product does not work. I called the customer service, and got transferred back and forth between the Geek Squad and Digital Downloads department. Finally, one guy knows what he is doing and sent me the right link for the installation file.

Well its trend micro. The best security you can get. Ive used many times through out the years. Simple to setup and at the price point is well worth it

TrendMicro has so many features that can be customized...but the defaults are wonderful. I'm a very active, yet safe, Internet user. I've used TrendMicro for close to 20 years. Never had a problem. AND they keep adding to and improving the tool. If you have multiple devices, take advantage of the packs that have multi-device licenses. It comes in 1, 3, 5, and 10.

There was a little problem getting the program to download, but Trend Tech did not quit until he succeeded. No problems now. We are dedicated Customer to Trend.

Great protection for low cost. Used it for years. No issues.

I purchased the Maximum Security this year, which gave me more security than the internet security I previously purchased. This software has more features that the internet security like ransomware, data theft protection. I have been pleased with the protection it provides and feel I have been safer from hacker than in the past.

Trend Micro antivirus software, comprehensive antivirus program with excellent web protection , offers very good protection , easy to install , and good performance.

I had to upgrade thanks to my previous version becoming a pain and refusing to update after I changed my OS version. This has worked very well, never giving me any problems. My only screw up was opting for one year instead of 3, but I wanted to make sure this worked better than the last version I had. It does.

So far so good. Until there is a problem it is hard to judge.

Went with the online download order. Sale price was the same as on manufacturer website. However, the manufacturer tries to lock consumers into a auto renewal contract without any other purchase options. That is not something I feel comfortable with. I will buy directly with Best Buy.
