I actually had to return this item. It wasn't because it wasn't going to take care of the purposes I bought it for. It was due to already having an all inclusive E-sim package purchased prior that had been installed. However, I felt confident and assured that the Trend Micro was as superior, perhaps even more, but could not be installed since the two would conflict because my devices does not recognize or allow more than one of this type add on. During the purchase, the young man Elijah whom assisted me, he offered the Trend Micro as the best alternative in place of the one already installed. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I also found out he had only joined Best Buy a month prior. So, to my satisfaction he during the purchase, followed by the next day, a Manager, I don't recall his name, Im sorry, I was able to return the item and again treated with kindness and professionalism. The Manager at the time was also able to update my information, allowing me to complete this survey. These reasons are exactly why I keep returning to this location and particularly this location. So thank you Best Buy for always putting the best people in your stores. I am never disappointed.

This internet security and antivirus application has blocked numerous dangerous websites for me! I bought this because I had fallen victim to a phishing scam from my emails and I have not since fallen into online danger of any sort. This application is great for its price and it has worked in the background to provide me with the best quality online security. Whether you want to prevent an online attack from happening to you again or for the first time, I highly recommend this. There’s a great feature to prevent unwanted scam messages with clickable links too! This has got to be my favorite feature of all time.

I have liked it so far, It checks links before i press them and optimizes my desktop so far i have no bad things to say and i believe its 25 a year though it is a subscription

Great product and I will continue to use this in the future because it has good reviews and it was recommended

I was recommended this Internet Security by the Sales Rep. Seems to be taking good care of me, so far.

Personally it does a great job of breaking down the performance of your devices health, improvements that could make it better, shows any negative impacts if any arise.

Best Internet Security protection I have ever owned for the past 5 years and the only one iI will use, for my computer.

antivirals security was good and cheep Bestbuy is great

This is the best software for a PC. My PC was hacked and the Geek Squad cleaned my PC. When I picked up my PC, I asked which software was better McAfee or Windows Defender to stop the hackers in the future. The Geek Squad employee recommended Trend Micro and since I purchased a membership it would be half price. I asked if it was easy to install and he said he would do that. It took around 5 minutes. I am very happy with the software it has already blocked 10 websites that would have popped up.

Trend Micro Internet Security and Anti-Virus has served me very well in protecting my MS Surface from malware and virus attacks. It is updated on an ongoing basis. If I need to check in with the Geek Squad it is an excellent resource for them to review malware activity. Worth the money!

So far, so good...No issues or any glitches.. keeps me advised with regular scans...Last techs never secured my computer enough but had NO problem taking money...Very reasonable price to be kept safe......

I'm very satisfied with this product so far. It keeps a constant watch and keeps me from accessing files known to be harmful and malicious

This is great, and we liked how the Geek Squad presented it as a good form of protection. We are very thankful for the dedication of the people at Best Buy, and in this world with so much hacking, we are very grateful for the help we got from such knowledgeable, caring people.

I like that I do not have to worry about the security of my computer, because this antivirus has got me covered and I have been using it for about 5 or more years

it is working as intended.NO issues with loading it and it scans the computer and keeps thing safe and protected.

This product is worth the cost. It works with total of 3 devices. How convenient is that. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good anti virus software. The geek squad employee that helped me said that this was the better product and for a good price who could beat that.

So far, I've had no further issues with my laptop security or internet security with this software. All is working well, with frequent updates and info on items scanned by the program.

Get a brief notice when I log on that check was done, all is good. So far no issues.
