Trend Micro™ Ultimate Protection has been an excellent security solution for my devices. Installation was smooth and the dashboard is very easy to understand, even for someone who isn’t highly technical. I appreciate the real-time protection—it actively blocks suspicious sites, phishing attempts, and unknown downloads. It runs quietly in the background without affecting my system speed, which is a huge plus. The identity protection and privacy features add another layer of safety, especially for browsing and online shopping. Overall, it provides strong, well-rounded security that feels dependable and worth the investment.

I've been using Trend Micro virus protection for ~20 years and it's great. Easy to install and very dependable.

I like Trend Micro, seems to do what it's supposed to, doesn't slow down my computer. What I really like is the plan I purchased covers multiple devices. My only complaint is the installation process, especially when you already have it on your computer and you're renewing your license. It's a cumbersome process AND it doesn't correct your expiration date to be one year after your current protection. Wait until expiration date of your current protection to install. Annoying that I will be two weeks short on my new protection.

I have been using this software for many years.And it always works great and has never let me down highly recommend it.

Long time user of trend micro and always pleased with its performance. Not a fan of some of their recent changes, most notably having to submit to them a valid credit card, even after you've already individually purchased. They literally will mot activate your account unless you give them one. Registering my product was much more difficult this year.

Purchased this product, didn't realize my last year's online purchase included an automatic yearly renewal. No notice was sent this would occur, When a charge appeared, I thought it was an unauthorized purchase. We immediately called our charge card company and reported a fraud. Our CC was cancel, a refund was issued. Then Trend finally sent a message about the renewal happening. Now with this new purchase, I'm happening an issue trying to activate this new license on our devices that have Max Security. Very upset and concerned about Trend's process. Will probably not purchase another one of their products again.

So far, so good. Of course, I have to assume that my computers are protected as I am not knowledgeable in technology. We only do old folks computing and subject researches for info. So, it is just a perception that all is well because we don't get constant interference anymore. The installation is time consuming even through The Geek Squad doing it. One problem that hindered me from downloading was the old protection VPN which was always on. Once off, the installation was completed.

This has been a great purchase to protect my familys computers and phones. It has diagnoised many threates and has taken care of them. Works great on my phone as well

Trend was easy to install and seems to be exceptionally protective. The VPN feature is especially helpful when traveling. Nice to be able to extend protection to all devices.

I have been using Trend Micro for many years. I usually purchase one license for all my devices (I buy on eBay). This year, I purchased 1 license for 20 devices on Best Buy, but unfortunately, it's ONLY for 1 device, not 20 as advertised. I already contacted TrendMicro, tried troubleshooting, and was eventually told that the issue cannot be solved and that I am one of many with the same problem; all licenses came from Best Buy. I will wait for Trend Micro to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, all my other devices are running on an expired license with limited protection.

No problem so far and not that I’m aspecting any problems.
