Glad I found it
I had looked elsewhere online but could find only unassembled ones with conflicting ratings as to ease of assembly and sturdiness. This one required no assembly and is very sturdy. The price was just right too. It is perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend this item.

Love it!
It was exactly what I needed to be able to see each of my folders at a glance. And it’s a small footprint for having seven layers/levels of stadium seating for them.
