It is real easy to use. My taxes aren't terribly hard but this speeds it up and helps prevent errors

For the last 15 years we had been using a CPA who steadily raised the cost, to where the last year we paid $700. We, using Turbotax, were able to file both the federal and state tax returns. But not without some confusion when using TurboTax. We mistakenly did not complete the itemized deductions part on the fed returns, because we knew we would only qualify for the std deduction, so we had to make manual adjusting notes on the State Return because we filed the federal return first... and the delayed itemized deductions didn't transfer over to the state return.

I use TurboTax yearly and it hasnt failed me one bit. Our taxes are not complication, so TT is enough for my household.
