Long Time Turbo Tax User. Easy to do property rentals and depreciation calculation seamless. Allows multiple returns, so can also use daughter’s out of state return. Imports prior year’s data, allows for automatic loading of many employers, financial institutions, and brokerage accounts.

Overall a good program, but sometimes it isn't as intuitive as you would like it to be when walking you through of the tax questions. I felt like it was regurgitating the regulations without any deeper assistance within the program itself

This product is very buggy on the Mac. Not sure why, even after performing all of the software updates. I ended up purchasing the Windows version for my other computer. I've been using TurboTax for over 20+ years and this is the first time I had issues with the application!

I ordered the Turbotax product to be picked up at the Mesquite store. Instead you gave me the product to download. When I saw this mistake, I tried to correct it by cancelling the order. You would not let me do this.
