1/5 stars I've had a frustrating experience with this app, particularly with redeeming digital gift cards. The process was cumbersome and didn't work as expected. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and disappointing. However, I'm holding out hope that the end result will be worth the hassle and wait. Fingers crossed!

Its a electronic gift card and it takes them 36 hours to send it! Never had a e-gift card lag it so much, is it Turo or Best Buy messing up i dont know? But its bad service

Connected and worked perfectly! A 24-hour turnaround was stated after purchase; however, it was available immediately once I received the purchase code in my email.

12 hours!!!!!!!!!!! Still haven't received my gift card. Best buy is not recommended for purchase!!!!! Total shxxt show!!!!!!!!!
