This product was unuseable and was immediately returned. I suspect Best Buy simply put a returned product back on the shelf so the issue might not be with the manufacturer but as I have no way to tell they are getting one star

it has no auto on feature and the back buttons are to sensitive and can be found much cheaper in other stores returned after one day
