Pleasantly surprised by this TV. It was purchased for a senior citizen who uses an antenna for free TV stations and therefore only watches the network and PBS stations plus anything else that he can get for free. He says TV should be free and has no use for a smart TV and streaming, apps, etc. It was tough to find a non-smart TV but I found this one. Plus he only wanted a screen no bigger than 32 inches. I thought the TV was gonna be a piece of junk but the picture is terrific and the sound quality is OK and not at all "tinny." Easy to adjust the picture controls to get the exact brightness, color, contrast, etc., that he wanted. And the communication from Best Buy keeping me informed of the delivery journey was excellent. Highly recommend this TV brand for people who just want the basics.

First HDTV with LEDs and the picture looks very sharp. I wanted a non-smart TV because my previous bedroom TV was a Smart one with streaming options and blue-tooth. Well, the blue-tooth TV and blue-tooth stereo amp caused delays in the synching of audio and picture. I got rid of both. I used the headphone out on the TuTu to the amp AUX in and there's no delay - perfectly in synch. Unfortunately, all these smaller TVs have a terrible thin sound due to lack of cabinet depth. So I run the audio through a stereo with bookshelf speakers for a much more improvement in sound. This TuTu is made by RCA and includes the standard tools for adjusting picture and audio. So far, so good!
