I had a great experience with the Geek Squad installation service. The team showed up on time, mounted my 97-inch TV exactly how I wanted it, and did a really clean job hiding the wires. They took their time, made sure everything was level, and didn’t rush through the installation. The TV looks amazing on the wall, and the setup turned out even better than I expected. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it.

Used by the Best Buy installers to mount my new LG 65" TV. This was used to conceal my power strip and Directv box behind the tv and out of sight by the installers, which did a great job.

The geek squad service was perfect. Very professional and friendly installation staff. Clean and fast installation. Highly recommend

The agents very fantastic. So informative and nice and worked on my set up with cleanliness and master knowledge. Thank you

Geek Squad couldnt mount the TV over the fireplace so it was even. The hookups were akready done by the builder. They just had to put the mount even.

The two technicians were great and did a great job mounting the TV. My review is because I believe the product itself is false advertising. The name is that it hides the wires but that's not the case. In order to hide the wires, there has to be work done prior to the mounting, that is, a hole needs to be cut in the wall and the wiring made ready for the location of the control box. Unless you know that, when the techs come out, they are unable to do anything except mount the TV. So I basically paid $300 to have the guys drill some screw holes into the wall and mount the TV. Again, they did a great job, but when they left I had a bunch of wires and the TV control box sitting on the floor. That's not what was advertised and I feel cheated. The techs even further said I would need a general contractor to do the prep work and they did no electrical work at all. As we had no TV and it would take a lot of planning to get this done correctly, we had them simply mount the TV. No wires were hidden and it's frankly unsightly.

No one wants to see wires dangling behind the TV and soundbar because they are so visible and do not blend in with the room decor. This was a simple add on and meets all electrical codes and minimal impact on the wall which is hidden behind the TV. I got a great installation tech named Shanna who did a nice job and cleaned up everything after demonstrating how the system works and making sure I was good to go.

Everything came out great only issue i had was the drill saw bit provided was not good to use and the sticks provided didnt seem to work properly but in all everything else worked and fit great.

Yes they did a good job and I was surprised how fast and precise they were !!

This mount is definitely a must have. No wires showing and just a nice clean look overall.

it's over smart for one who use to the old fashion button remote - a bit getting used to make it a wonderful experience. like the size for the living room - just perfect.

Jennifer, Daniel and the team did an excellent job mounting two tvs. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

The installation was great. They came out and was very helpful and adjusted the color on the tv and made sure everything worked before they left.

We bought this TV for our daughter’s room and we added a frame to it to make it look like a picture on the wall. She downloaded pictures to display.
