Pretty straight forward on this one. Same as the one from the apple store. Holds the laptop very well. It is holding a macbook pro M1 2020 13 inch laptop. Has rubber grips on the arms and good angle to hold the laptop even though you can move your laptop screen to fit the angle of your eyes all personal preference. Use it for both my work laptop (lenovo yoga x1) and a macbook pro m1 2020. Rubber grips on the bottom so it shouldn't slide around at all if you put it on a smooth surface.

Got this for my stand up set up - keeps laptop at eye level and my neck straigter

This is easily one of the worst stands I’ve purchased. At first it seemed fine, but over time it started to warp, which completely defeats the purpose of something that’s supposed to securely hold your laptop. Because of that, my laptop has actually slipped off multiple times while I wasn’t even touching it. One time it fell straight to the floor, which is honestly unacceptable for a product like this. The design looks nice, but the build quality just isn’t there. I wouldn’t trust this with any device you care about.

I can't even explain how awesome this computer stand is. It is simple, out of the way and great quality. What I like about it is the grips on the ends and it holds the computer very well. Since it is so simple and not bulky, it fits perfectly on my desk and not in the way which is my favorite thing about it! The quality of it is great and very worth the money!! I use this stand for my 13" MacBook Pro, along with an external monitor. It's helpful to use because it elevates the laptop to the level of the monitor. It is also better for your neck and just feels better using it. My neck doesn't hurt as much after using my computer for a long time. Made of metal, and matches the color of a space grey MacBook. There are non-slip pads on the bottom to protect your desk, and pads where your computer sits to protect the bottom over your computer. It is a great investment. Recommended.

This works perfectly on my desk at home. I replaced my desktop with a laptop, and using this stand with a bluetooth mouse and keyboard works perfectly. Has a good height to it, and is sturdy. It looks great and matches my Macbook well. You can open the MacBook with one hand and the stand does not block the lip for opening the screen. Also it is easy to lift up the MacBook with one hand out of the stand, or back onto the stand. It has a nice rubber coating on the stand to protect to the laptop from scratches or marring.

My stand had none of the QA issues some reviewers have shown. Paint, glue and edges were perfect. The rubber holds the laptop securely from sliding, and is at the perfect angle and height for me. But there is no latching mechanism to hold the laptop to the stand, nor to the desk top. I probably would look for these features if I had kids or big dogs around. I'm really puzzled by the use of "for MacBook" in the description. Maybe Twelve South thinks only Apple users can afford this pricey stand. Just measure your laptop width and see if it overlaps the stand horizontally. Just ignore the occasional moans emitted from the stand if you place a windows laptop on it.

I like that this stand is lighter than the last one I owned, and it's sturdy design looks good on the desk. The only negative is that there's fairly low clearance from the front underneath and the shape of the base makes it just ok for storing your keyboard.

This stand has been awesome. It is a nice design and high quality. It supports my Mac flawlessly and I have had no problems with it.

Great stand, easy to move around the house: kitchen, workshop, piano for midi work. No moving parts, angle for viewing excellent, lightweight but strong. If you need a stand, this one just works.

This stand is great for viewing while on stand, and terrific for placing while hooked up to dual monitors. Also great airflow, study construction and perfect fit. The only negative thing I would say is that it was hella pricey, but hey, I will never have to buy another one since it's build so well, so there's that.
