The right Hardware Kit for Rexing R4 w/ TypeC-GPS

I’m very happy how fast it came directly from the Rexing company. This is the Type-C Smart Hardware Kit for the R4, V1p Flex x4 & RH2 Series. Going to have Best Buy install it because of the airbags in my car. It even comes with a 18 Month warranty from Rexing’s website.

    Works great

Love the option for front, sides or cabin and rear views. The instructions should be more clear on using WiFi and the operation of the dash cam. Need a more detailed operating manual instead of just a quick start guide. Wish it had a touch screen instead of buttons on the bottom of the unit. However the views are good. No problems with the camera turning on when the car starts.

    Easy wire kit

This hard wire kit for the rexing dash cam was easy to hook up. The window mount navigation sticks very well to the windshield and does not obstruct the view. The product is of good quality and the value doesnt break the bank. Its worth the investment if you truly want peace of mind

  • For installation purposes, can the GPS antenna be disconnected from the harness and then routed down and reattached, or is it permanently wired to the harness? I'd rather not buy the T-harness version for my existing hardwire kit because of the bulky plug
