I love the grill, I would have given 5 stars except for the condition the box arrived and the dents in the pizza oven. The box was trashed, barely held together, the directions fell out on the floor when we brought it in. The pizza oven top is dented on the back left corner and so does not sit flush on the burner. There are a few more dents, not super bad, one of the tabs that hold the grill plates in place was severely bent and we had to carefully bend it back in place to hold the plate. I have grilled 3 times on it and love it. I have not used the pizza oven or gridle options but it is so nice to have all these options in one grill. You can expand the grill with extra plates or change to pizza oven, or griddle. This will be a fun grill to use this summer and fall. I look forward to the pizza's I can make and am thinking about doing breakfast on the griddle this weekend. I am a 60+ female and was able to put the grill together by myself with a little help on the heavy pieces. Directions were eh, pictures not as detailed as could be but I only had to take the legs apart once and redo, lol.

This grill is really not recommended. It has really low quality materials that gets rusty easily plus this comes not assembled. You have to assemble it and then 100% to get it damaged from shipping. There is another issue you can’t return it because Best Buy don’t involve with this purchase, when I contact Bestbuy They told me you that I have to contact the seller because this is online not belong to Bestbuy directly.
