Kudos to Customer Service
Giving an excellent due to the customer service received from Best Buy. They went to great lengths to make me happy even though I had to return a previous model (uninstalled) for a different model. We decided we wanted the customizable frame on the door. So far the wine fridge works as it should properly chilling the wine for consumption!

Missing parts.
Excellent product, but there are parts missing and I am waiting for the parts from the manufacturer in Milwaukee.
