I was looking for one that didn’t have a drain and that I can manually drain and clean. I’ve had one with drain before and had constant issues. Makes a lot of ice that are the perfect size. One complaint is that it didn’t come with a scooper. For how much you pay should at least come with a scoop.

Bought to replace an old ULine that was frosting up all the time and ice sticking together. Within 3 weeks, the seal on the center of the door had slipped off (it is just glued in placed) and the seal lost for the ice compartment. Consequently, the ice compartment now frosting all over. We are replacing with a higher model. Most disappointing.
